Does Anyone With Adblocker Use Manga.animea.net?

I downloaded adblocker after animea gave me a nasty virus, but I'm not sure I want to go back on with it. Does anyone have experience using sites like animea or mangafox that are known virus givers with adblockers? I'd like to know if they do seem to help the virus/malware/etc
