Forgot The Name Of A Manga?

I recall reading this manga around winter of 2011, not too long ago. The story follows a young boy who seems to notice that everyone is ignoring him, like he was dead. A bus pulls over and he sees a Girl with blue hair on the back of the bus who can see him. She says that she's lonely and has been on the bus on a journey for a year or so and she gets off, the boy following her to some weird heavenly like world.
