1. What takes a mob from rioting/looting, to actually torching properties, shops and homes of innocent people?
2. Why is it necessary for the police to chase a single person across the road, hitting them with coshes? The scenes we are seeing on TV reports, while understandable in terms of trying to bring the rioters under control, are equally horrifying. Surely they can arrest/apprehend the individual without handling them like this? What they are doing is surely only making a dire
