Looking For A Certain Anime Help Needed.?

ok i know it came on toonami because thats where i watched all my anime. All i remember from this one part of the episode is a girl with i think blue hair and a bandage top? she had a weapon it was a shaft with a steel ball at the connected at the top. I thnk she was fighting in a tournament during the episode. PLZ PLZ help me with this....i may have gotten the bandage top wrong but i knw her weapon and hair. if you knw any anime with a girl similar to this let me
