Hi. New to a job where someone is a 'hall monitor' about a lot of things. She is good at her job and so far seems ok. I've heard from more than a handful of people to watch out because she will run behind your back and report any little thing. They seem scared of her for some reason, they must know why, but I don't see why I should scramble around for someone who is not my boss or in my dept.
I think she has good intentions, she seems very concerned with the company's well being, but she also
