Would This Be Considered Severe Arachnophobia?

So, i think i have a serious problem with spiders. I cant even look at a picture of one without freaking out. My reaction to a spider is to scream, run, cry, and i get really dizzy and naucious and i get really shaky. The one time i was watching tv and there was a tarantula on a commercial and it was like crawling on the side of a road and i started flipping out. I couldnt stop crying.
