I have a day care business in a small town in PA. Recently we were inspected by the state and told that we had to clean up all the poop in the yard. We do this on a daily basis since we have 2 dogs of our own but we also have a colony of feral cats that residents in the town are feeding. These cats are causing huge issues that we are about to be wrote up for because they are pooping in the yard faster than we can get it cleaned up.
