How To Be "fierce" Or Pop Off On Somebody?

In general I'm a really nice, shy girl. People don't really have a problem with me but of course there are those little sparkles in the dust who think they can disrespect me or just guys on the internet who are total ***** and think they can get away with it. I don't have that much of a problem with it but I want to know how to be fierce (like Danny Noriega or Jeffree Star. Don't laugh. xD). Like how to just pop off on them where they won't mess with my mind or say **** again. I would kill them
