Could I Become Fluent In Dutch (reading/writing/speaking) In 2 Years If I Did This?
I'll teach myself new material (and review old) for at least an hour per day. Then, outside of that period, I'll do my best to try and get as much exposure to the language as possible. I'll watch TV/movies in Dutch, read books/articles in Dutch, keep a short journal for writing in Dutch, etc. Once I get a better grasp of the language, I also plan on finding a native speaker who will be willing to chat on Skype with me, so I can practice speaking.
