Disease/disorders? Crazy?

I have been dealing this for years. I love my sister, but she could sometimes almost be a burden. She is 19 years old, and once in a while, she will still throw the most outrageous temper tantrums: I mean screaming for 15 mins straight, physical hitting, throwing things.
