Does Anyone Know Of This Manga (teen Boy Becomes Little Girl)?

It's about a teen boy who's on his way to confess to his crush when he gets into an accident while trying to save an elementary school girl, I think he died or something but the person that ran him over was a scientist and gives him another chance in life but in the body of an elementary school girl. He goes to elementary school now and everything...Does anyone know what I'm talking about? It'd help a lot. Since it was really funny I want to read it again but forgot the name.
