How Can I Loose 20 Pounds In 4 Months?

I weight around 135 and want to be 115 by august.
Please tell me what you think about my plan and what else I can do to loose weight and get toned!
I will do these workouts as a pattern, strength training, cardio, then weight training and then repeat.
For strength training I do this workout: 150 crunches, 100 reverse crunches, then this move where you lay sideways, and then lift one leg up and put it back down and you keep doing that (I think you might call it a scissor workout idk lol), so
