I heard they were both manga publishing companies that translate the Japanese manga to English and sell it through Magazines, such as Monthly Shonen Jump.
My question is what is the difference between these two companies? They both do the same thing, yet they partnered together, which is equivalent to Marvel partnering up with DC right? & Google partnering up with YouTube?
