Why Did America Accept Manga/anime Into The Country?
Since there is a growing number of Japanese anime and manga in America I wanted to know what made America want to take the Japanese products of anime and manga and bring it to the American people? I mean, America already had their own cartoons. Plus, they thought that the Japanese's characters were just weird and deformed. So what made them take shows such as Pokemon, Yugioh, Dragonball that were in Japan, and english dub it and put it on American television such as Toonami, 4Kids, and Kids WB?
