Forgive me if I'm not using the correct terminology here...
But the disc drive where you put CDs, DVDs, etc...
I used to be able to use it just fine to listen, watch, and burn stuff, and for software as well...
But now when I put a disc in, it makes a sound, and the little green light flashes a couple of times, and that's it.
I can't "find" it anywhere on my computer, either.
And programs that could formerly be used to play CDs and DVDs don't recognize that there's even a drive there, much
