What Should I Do About This?

Okay so last night I was having a sleepover (i'm 13) and it was 1 in the morning and we were setting up our bed. Our windows were open and our house is a ranch. So we heard my dog ( a golden retreiver) start growling and barking at the open window. Me, my friend, and my little sister looked at eachother strangely. We slowly walked in the room he was in and he was staring out the window. We looked outside to see nothing. Except one of our heavy cement pot of flowers was totally tipped
