What's Up With The Weird Ending On Rosario + Vampire 2 ( Manga )?

After I've seen the Anime and heard a lot of good things about the manga, I began reading it and soon i got hooked into it. After I finished the first series, it's only natural to read the second one, and here I am, writing at 01:57 a.m, thinking about the weird ending of the second series.
