Why Do The Video's I Watch Online Stutter?
ever since I've had my old computer repaired and working fine the videos I watch on youtube and other sights for stuff like anime have been stuttering, when there's enough of the video loaded so that it shouldn't buffer, every time it's been like this, the computer works fine and from website to website the loading time is within 4 or so seconds but i'm still getting this problem? any
