I don't have much info, but I hope it's enough. From what I have seen it's about a few dudes, I think priests of some sort. This one dude had this tattoo on his arm and he made a purple scythe appear from it. The scythe kinda looked like this one: http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs44/f/2009/1…
I believe the other people in the anime have similar powers but don't quote me on that... xD
I know it's not much to go by but if anyone has an idea of what it might be please tell
