Oct 28 im going to a anime convention and ill be wearing a costume. i got the costume in the right size its just that the waists is a bit small. im already on a diet and ive been losing 1-2 a week since the end of july and im getting close to my goal. anyone know any good exercises i can do to help along the way. and yeah running, biking, crunches don't work for ****, all it does is build up the muscle beneath the fat, so yeah....i heard jump roping and jumping jacks help and i do both everyday
