What Anime Is This Character From?
She has blue hair and wears a white royalty uniform, I guess, I only say that cause it reminds of the outfits the royal family wears on Code Geass. She has a patch over her right eye, I think and a blue flower ties up part of her hair on the other side. Oh she also has a huge body length
