Is there a way to get faster in basketball? You see where Derrick Rose drives in and everything with power and speed?
Is he just born to be quick or does he practice all the time that makes him develop? Or is it both? I don't know because I practice basketball almost everyday for about 4-5 hours looking for strategies but can't seem to pass my defender real quick.
If it's genetics, I can understand because my father was mostly a long distance runner and high jumper not really a quick
