I'm not a huge manga buff, I enjoy reading them from time to time but I don't really know of many good ones. And don't hate on me but I've seen a lot of the anime w/o having read the actual manga. Anyways my favs are: FMA, yu yu hakusho, video girl ai, kodocha (so what).
The point is, I'm trying to appeal to you guys who know waaaay more about it than I, what makes a well written manga, and if you can recommend the hidden gems that I haven't heard of
