I went to the website and it's saying something about pre-registration and registration pass and I'm confused? Do I have to pay the pre-registration to get registered for the registered...stuff? Can someone please explain this to me? This is my first convention and I don't want to miss this because they're finally having an anime convention near where I live and I think that's so freaking cool. Also, I'm only going with a friend.
