Torchwood: Miracle Day? Will Netflix Have It Again?

Netflix has swiped Torchwood: Miracle Day from under my feet whilst in the middle of the season not once but TWICE. (The second time being last week.) I'm beyond pissed off. (And I usually don't get mad...But then again, we are talking about something Doctor Who-related.) Before I go ahead and just purchase the DVDs on Amazon, does anybody know if Netflix will get it back soon? Or, better yet, does anyone know where I can watch it free online without having to do a survey or download
