Japanese: De Arimasu Meaning.?

I read this manga called Freezing, and this charitor named Lana (or Rana) who addressed people not by name but by saying De Arimasu.
EX: I wonder why they summoned us here, De Arimasu?
Ps, she's either Indosisain or Indian... i forgot
