Webcomic Art Software.?
So pretty much I was thinking about making a webcomic (cartooning with anime elements) but im not sure what software to use. I was thinking about Manga Studio Debut 4 or a lite version of Photoshop. Honestly I don't know what to use. Money isn't much of a problem but I do have a
