I have always wondered if taking supplements was a bad idea... i began by just taking protein produced by maximuscle because i knew they were reputable ... i always figured that a company with so much to lose would never dream of putting anything harmful in their products so i was content in taking protein , i then moved on to progain, a mixture of protein and creatine along with sugars to aid in transport and absorption into the body...
since then i have tried many many supplements ... some
