Thinking Of A Movie? Cant Remember Name?

ok well its about a teen girl who has a good voice and can sing really well she apparently has a famous father and theres some competition or concert at the end where she sings this one song that i cant think of either but i really want to listen to that song and watch the movie oh and yeah they have a scottish or irish accent something of that sort :D if u know it then write it down or if u think you have a good guess of it,, the description is pretty vague so i odnt really expect
