Where Can You Download Movies For Free Legally?

I LOVE movies but don't like paying for them and I don't want to get caught downloading them illegally. Is there any website I can go to where you can download movies for free legally? I have tried gravoid video, hulu, piratebay.org, torrentz, bittorrents, etc and none of these have worked for me. Graboid had limited bandwidth, hulu was just a website to watch movies not download them, and the torrent sites didn't download at all. I waited for 1 hour and it still said 0%. Can anyone help?It
