Anime Search Help!!!?
Ok so a remember this pretty cool anime about this kid ( probably high-school level ) that was like a detective or a problem solver he was always put in dangerous situation by these special kids I distinctly remember a little girl that placed an explosive collar on him and he had to figure out how to get out of it later on he is tested again by the girl in the hospital ( I think I remember she blew herself up on purpose ) he was tested by choosing which glass of water was poisoned that's most I
