What Anime Am I Thinking Of?

Okay so I was watching this one movie and in the movie there's this one person that takes pills for her meals, and it reminded me of this one part in an anime where this one girl is eating pills for lunch and the guy asks her what shes doing and she says I'm seeing if I can live only on supplements (or something like that) and then her friend says here eat this then the girl eats it. The guy says something back, but I forget what. If you know what anime I'm talking about please help me
