All I can remember from the lyrics is:

Where "City" is rhymed with "Pretty"
I feel like its from a kids or animated movie, not sure on that.
A young girl sings it, its got like a showbiz or show-tunes kinda feel to it...
I don't think it shows the girl singing, but like its played over a scene or something.
