Black Spots When I Watch Streaming Videos?
i just got a laptop and when i watch videos on putlocker or megavideo for example every 10 sexonds it seems the video breaks up into these black spots the it goes back to normal and does the same thing throughout the whole video... youtube doesnt do this... why does it do
