Ok I don't know what category I should put this but
HOW CAN I MAKE MY JUMPS HIGHER? I used to play badminton a year ago and my signature moves (winning moves) are my jump and smash or jump and hit so the I have trouble walking backwards when playing badminton so I just try to hit the birdy in the air with my high jumps but now (well me and my friend wanted to join the badminton team and I just noticed that I play badly or atleast I can't jump high enough to catch the birdy) so does anyone know
