Korean Dramas Or Japanese Anime During Free Time?

I'm very busy with college and work now so I can only commit to one to watch during free time. Im favoring the dramas cause the girl i like love them and im starting to like it too (LOVING LOVE RAIN!) plus the music i listen to is mostly kpop. But most of my friends are otaku japanese anime fans and they're not into the korean stuff.. If you had to pick which one would you choose? Please dont say watch both cause i tried that but i end up not watching enough on both ends cause of my busy
