I Got A History Teacher That I Don't Want. Any Ideas As To How I Could Change My Schedule?

Hi -- I know it's a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway.
Well it's my Junior year, and History has never really been my strongest subject, and I had to get the worst/racist History teacher. She doesnt give a lot of homework, but if you get a C+ on the first paper then you're stuck with it pretty much the whole year, I heard (Of course if you get an A, you're stuck with that too). Anyway, how could I convince my dean to change my schedule? He doesnt change it if you just say, I dont
