I Lost Weight But...?

I still look pretty fat in the mirror, but first here's some additional info.
I'm a guy, 16, and five foot-seven and a half, and weighed 163 at the end of march. I decided that i was tired of being fat, and began watching my calories and increasing my exercise level. My weight steadily decreased until now, where i weigh 135 pounds. according to BMI calculators, this is closer to Underweight than overweight, and the doctor told me that i shouldn't lose any more weight, but i'm still fat (i have
