I can't think of any specific anime characters, since I just recently got back into anime. But I do remember when I was little seeing anime characters with crazy hair colors. And not just anime characters either. The vocaloids/UTAUloids have crazy hair colors too. Teto and Miku for example. What is up with this?! I don't understand!! Can someone explain to me why people make anime characters look like this?
