so I just started reading manga and I am kinda confused on the 'pulling out a microphone at random times' thing. It is Ranma 1/2 but I do remember watching Pokemon and they did it to a lot mostly Brock.
also I kinda looked this up and sorta understand but when they stand out in the hall with buckets of water its a punishment right?
also any more helpful thing to know about mangas would be nice
