I remember watching this anime years ago but I dont know what its called. I only remember bits and pieces of it. I know that there was this girl (teenager i think) who I believe was the main character. She saw things that other people could not. Some kind of enemy or monster. I remember a scene where she was about to go though some surgery or operation and there were some doctors about to operate on her but she ran away before they did anything, She met a guy who was handicap in a wheelchair
