What Is The Name Of The Cartoon With Small Like Car Things That Battle In Arenas Shown On Cartoon Network?

i cannot remember wat it is called or find it anywhere and is really starting to annoy me !! all i remember is a guy that had an older brother who died and left him that small car like thing, and the guys would battle these car things in the arena and there was a group of friends who all had these car things, i know one of them had two spinning blades on it at the front and another had a sword thing , someone must know wat it is ???? this was probably around 2001 - 4004 , it was on after school
